Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days from dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and serviceability

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India

  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (if applicable)

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Bluedart and other reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational or courier disruptions

SUBVERSION is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

Delivery Attempts & RTO

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times

  • If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, it may be returned to origin (RTO)

Re-shipping may require additional charges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

SUBVERSION will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.

SUBVERSION reserves the right to cancel COD orders flagged as high risk.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate the issue. Eligible cases will be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.

Partial Deliveries

In rare cases where your order is delivered incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is required for verification. Once validated, the missing items will be shipped to you.
