Return & Replacement Policy

At SUBVERSION, every product is crafted and handled with strict quality control. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and product integrity.


Replacement Eligibility

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect product has been delivered


Request Timeline

All replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this window will not be considered.


Proof Requirement

To process a replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

  • Supporting images clearly showing the issue

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement.


Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified by our team:

  • A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost

  • The product will be shipped within standard dispatch timelines


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, tested, or tampered with

  • Missing original packaging

  • Minor external packaging damage not affecting the product

  • Personal preference (e.g., disliking the fragrance)


No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only eligible replacements will be processed.


Order Cancellation

Orders once placed and shipped cannot be cancelled.


Final Decision

SUBVERSION reserves the right to determine the validity of all replacement claims.
